Refund and return policy

Thanks for buying from us. We trust that you are pleased with what you bought. You can return your order to us for a full refund or an exchange, though, if you’re not happy with it for any reason. For more information on how to return items, please see below.


All returns must be sent back with a postmark within 30 days of the date of purchase. Items returned must be brand new, unused, and have all of their original tags and labels still on them.

To return an item, you must first get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from customer service at Once you have an RMA number, wrap the item safely in its original box and include proof of purchase. Then, send your return to the address below.

Please keep in mind that you will have to pay for all shipping costs to send the item back. When you send your return, you should definitely use a way that can be tracked.


We will process your return or exchange once we get your item back and check to see if it is still in good shape. Please give us at least 7 days to process your return or exchange after you receive your item. Your credit card company may decide that refunds show up on your account one to two billing cycles after the fact. We’ll send you an email when your return has been handled.
